How we work together

The simple rules for your course, your chat time with Yana, and your practice days. Please read them before you buy.

Your chat time with Yana

Included with Study with Yana and the Yani Studios Experience.

• You get 30 days of personal chat with Yana on WhatsApp.
• Your 30 days start when you press “Start my 30 days with Yana” on your My courses page. If you don’t press it, they start automatically 30 days after your purchase.
• Day 1 is the day you press Start, or the day they start automatically. Your chat time ends at 8:00pm Jamaica time on day 30. Your page always shows the exact end date and time.
• Example: Buy on 1 March and don’t press Start: your 30 days start automatically on 31 March (day 1) and end at 8:00pm on 29 April.
• Yana replies Monday to Saturday, 10:00am to 8:00pm Jamaica time. Messages sent outside these hours are answered on the next working day.
• Yana aims to reply within 24 working hours. On busy days it may take a little longer.
• Ask about anything in the course: theory, materials and technique. You can send photos of your practice work for feedback.
• Not included: video calls, doing nails for you, or help with your clients’ bookings.
• Unused chat days can’t be carried over, paused or exchanged for money.
• Please keep messages friendly and respectful; Yana will do the same. Yana may end support early if messages are abusive.

Your course materials

• Your course is yours to keep, with no time limit, even after your chat time ends.
• Your account is for you only. Please don’t share your login or copy the materials for others.

Practice days

Included with the Yani Studios Experience.

• Two one-on-one practice days with Yana at Yani Studios.
• After buying, tap “Book your practice days” to agree your dates with Yana on WhatsApp. Your days must be used within 3 months of purchase.
• Need to reschedule? Tell Yana at least 48 hours before. You can reschedule once.
• Missing a practice day without 48 hours’ notice means that day is used.
• If Yana has to cancel, she’ll offer you new dates, and your 3 months are extended to cover the new dates.
